As a personal trainer, our in-person personal training captures many vital elements like professional support and accountability, individual exercise and nutrition programming, and a highly individualized approach to optimizing your lifestyle and ensuring it is aligned with your fitness goals.
Intake and assessment:
The assessment process begins when you fill out the form below. A strategy/planning session (usually a Zoom call or in-person consultation) to create a plan for your success, will be scheduled.
Discussion will include:
Past success and struggles.
Training and nutrition history.
Injuries/limitations.
Lifestyle questions.
Training programming: Every session is completely individualized to fit your specific goals and is updated regularly to ensure you progress.
Nutrition coaching: An individualized macronutrient based nutrition plan and nutrition coaching will be provided to help you reach your goals.
Accountability and Support: Your sessions will revolve around providing you the confidence and knowledge to become self sufficient. You will have your coaches email and cell phone number for support.
